Late, Lazy and Lunch
My day went turned out to be different than expected.
A planned on going on a trip to the 2 smaller inhanited islands, Gozo and Comino, these islands are especially known for their beautiful beaches and views. Naturally i've contacted the travel organisation several days ahead in order to take part in the trip. I recieved a response on (the) saturday morning at 11:00, informing me that they were sadly already fully booked. By that time i already figured that i won't be going anywhere anytime soon, because the trip was supposed to start at 09:00. Oh well, guess i can permit myself to sleep and relax in the morning, whilst trying to come up with a plan for the rest of the day.
It's 13:30, i packed my bag with some useful items and i was about to leave the house to go to Valetta again and spend my aftermoon over there, when i was asked to join Milan, my czechian roommate, for lunch. Sure, why not, a little bit of socializing can never be bad. So we walked down to the promenade and entered a burgerrestaurant. We had a blast together, we learned quite a lot about eachother, and especially our countries. The hamburgers were great and we also watched the qualification rounds for the Formula 1 races in Silverstone together live on a big screen.
It was about 15:45 when we finally decided to go back again, i didn't feel like taking a trip to Valetta anymore, so i went back home again as well.
i continued to just be lazy, i found a mobile app for the cardgame 'cards against humanity' called 'evil apples'. I had a blast playing it, because i like dark humor (Dark humor is like food, not everyone gets it).
In the evening indecided to run again, this time i ran to Valetta and took the ferry back to Sliema. I also decided to check out the nearby funfair, but it was actually pretty lame.
