BBQ beach
I don't actually know if the beach is called like that, but it would be a fitting name.
I was right in between the city centers of Sliema and Valetta, walking along the rocky beaches and harbors. From this spot you had a beautiful view of both Valetta (to the right) and a small island belonging to Sliema (left). Naturally this place was popular, there were about 100 people, but i only saw locals, most of them with BBQ's, just having a great time.
